Facing fear with a Pencil on Friendship Day.

Happy Friendship Day, everyone! 🌟

We all have fears—things that make us uncomfortable, things we avoid. A few years ago, I started wondering:

Can we overcome fear by facing it head-on?

At that time, I was watching a lot of movies and reading about emotions. Many people suggested horror films, so I gave them a try. One name kept coming up—Annabelle, the haunted doll.

Though I’d never sketched a horror character before, I decided to draw her. Strangely, as I sketched, I began thinking… What if we could befriend our fears instead of running from them?

It was Friendship Day—and by the time I finished the sketch, Annabelle didn’t seem so scary anymore. She felt like a friend. That day, I didn’t just draw a character—I made peace with a part of myself.
So this Friendship Day, I ask you:

What fear can you turn into a friend? 👻✍️
